A real twilight session ($170) is shot on site right after sunset: 4–6 dusk exteriors with real lights and sky. Virtual twilight is a day-to-dusk edit of your best daytime exteriors. Essential includes 2 virtual twilight photos; add a real twilight session and you get the real thing instead.

If your order includes twilight, the start time is set for you: we start early enough to finish interiors and exteriors in daylight, then shoot the dusk photos right after sunset. Start times are never later than 7 PM.
They’re built for short-term rentals: interior and exterior photos, lifestyle and detail shots guests book for (coffee bar, textiles, views) and aerial drone photos. Host Signature adds an evening ambiance session.
Dusk photos of the property at its coziest: string lights on the porch, the firepit, a glowing hot tub and warm windows. The start time is set for you so these are shot right after sunset.

Free reschedule or full refund up to 24 hours before the shoot. Less than 24 hours before, a $75 late-change fee applies. Full booking & cancellation policy.
Drone, exterior and twilight photos need decent weather. If rain makes them impossible, we reschedule for free, always, including on the day of the shoot. Days with rain in the forecast can’t be booked online.
Asheville and all of Western North Carolina. No travel fee within 40 miles of Candler. 40–60 miles: $100. Over 60 miles: $200. Marion, Nebo, Lake James and Lake Lure: $150. The fee is calculated from the property address and shown before you pay.
Same standards and the same quality as a lived-in home. A vacant home is simply quicker to shoot.
Fully edited photos are delivered the next day. Videos take 2–3 days.

Yes. We only ask that the rooms stay clear while we work, so the shoot isn’t held up by people moving around or things being done in the house.
We check every address before the shoot, so if drone flight isn’t possible there, we’ll know and let you know in advance.

Pavlov Photo keeps the copyright; every shoot includes a license to use the photos for marketing the property: MLS, Zillow, Realtor.com, Airbnb, social media, ads, and sharing with the seller or builder. Each co-listing agent or brokerage needs its own license. Full copyright & licensing terms.
