Payment

Online bookings are paid in full at the time of booking through Stripe secure checkout. We never see or store your card details.
The price shown at checkout is the price you pay. There is no travel fee within 40 miles of our studio in Candler. Farther out, the travel fee is shown in your estimate and included in the checkout total.
Properties over 5,000 sqft and shoots outside our usual area are quoted individually before booking.

Rescheduling

You can move your shoot to another available date for free up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time. Just call or email us. Moving it less than 24 hours before the start time costs a $75 late-change fee.

Cancellations and refunds

Cancel up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time and you get a full refund.
Cancel less than 24 hours before the scheduled start time and we refund your payment minus a $75 late-change fee.
Refunds go back to the card used at booking. Your bank usually shows them within 5–10 business days.

Weather

Drone, exterior and twilight photos depend on the weather. If rain or poor conditions make them impossible, we reschedule for free — always, including on the day of the shoot. We watch the forecast and will contact you if the shoot needs to move. Days with rain in the forecast can’t be booked online.

Shoot days

We shoot Monday through Friday. Saturdays and Sundays are closed.

Start times and twilight

Start times depend on daylight: we need enough light on site to finish your order before sunset. Orders that include a twilight session get a start time set for you, so the interiors and exteriors are done in daylight and the dusk photos are taken right after sunset.

If we need to reschedule

If we ever have to move your shoot for reasons on our side, we’ll contact you as early as possible and offer the next available date or a full refund, your choice.

Getting the property ready

Please have the property ready to photograph at the start time: lights working, rooms tidy, cars out of the driveway. Our room-by-room prep checklist walks you through it. Add lockbox codes or gate access to the notes when you book. If we arrive and can’t shoot because we can’t get in or the property isn’t ready, it counts as a late change: the $75 fee applies and we refund the rest or move the shoot to a new date.
